Answer: The standard lithium-ion battery of our electric wheelchairs provides a driving range of 10-15 miles on a single charge. The battery has a cycle life of 500-800 charges, and we recommend regular maintenance (e.g., avoiding overcharging) to extend its service life.
What is the warranty period for your products?
Answer: We provide a 1-year warranty for all products. The frame (carbon steel/aluminum alloy) has an extended 2-year warranty, and batteries have a 6-month warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes wear-and-tear parts (e.g., anti-slip pads, rubber tips) which we supply at cost prices.
